Rachel was born in Southgate, London, and she attended Ashmole School. At the age of 15, Rachel won a modelling competition by beating out 5000 competitors. This was sponsored by ‘Just 17’ magazine. Rachel’s singles from 2003 to 2005 include ‘Sweet Dreams my LA Ex’, ‘Funky Dory’, ‘Some Girls’, ‘More, More, More’, ‘Negotiate with Love’, ‘So Good’, and ‘I Said Never Again (But Here We Are)’. Rachel’s dance partner on Strictly Come Dancing will be Vincent Simone.
