Gillian TaylforthGillian Taylforth (born 14 August 1955 in London) is an English actress who is best known for her roles as Kathy Mitchell on the BBC soap opera, East Enders (1985-1998; 1999-2000) and as Jackie Pascoe-Webb on ITV's

Footballers Wives (2002-2006), but more recently as Sgt. Nikki Wright in ITV's The Bill (2006-2008).

Gillian’s partner is Geoff Knights, and they have been together since the late 1980s. The couple have a daughter born in 1992 and a son born in 1999.

Gillian’s dance partner on Strictly Come Dancing will be Anton Du Beke.
