Kimberley Jane Walsh, born 20 November 1981, is an English singer-songwriter, dancer, model, television presenter and actress.

Kimberley Walsh is best known for being one of the members of the girl band Girls Aloud, formed through ITV’s reality television programme Pop Stars: The Rivals. In 2002. The group Girls Aloud have since achieved twenty consecutive top ten singles in the UK with hits such as I’ll Stand by You, Walk This Way and The Promise. The girl band has gone on to release five albums, received five BRIT Award nominations and have sold over ten million records worldwide.
Kimberley Walsh was born and raised in Bradford, England, with her two sisters and younger brother. Prior to Girls Aloud, Kimberley attended the Bradford-based theatre school Stage 84 and appeared in various adverts and stage productions when she was younger.
In 2009 Kimberly climbed Mount Kilimanjaro for Comic Relief, with Girls Aloud colleague Cheryl Cole and a host of other celebrities. The group raised over £1million for charity.
Girls Aloud in 2009 announced they would be taking a break to pursue solo projects. Since then, Kimberley has perused other roles in show biz. Kimberley went on to present music talk show Suck My Pop and starred as a judge for entertainment show Born to Shine.
Kimberley Walsh in 2010, landed a role in Horrid Harry The Movie. Kimberley didn’t leave the music too far behind as she recorded a feature song for the film and teamed up with Alfie Boe earlier this year to record a version of Queen’s One Vision for the official Team Great Britain single.
