Strictly Come Dancing Save Me Says John Barnes

FORMER footballer John Barnes has revealed how Strictly Come Dancing could have saved his life.
The ex-Celtic boss piled on the pounds due to a love of junk food.
Barnes, left, would feast on McDonald's meals, Burger King snacks, KFC and Indian takeaways.

He only decided to slim and boot out the fatty grub when he started training for this year's Strictly Come Dancing - before he had recent tests which showed he was "genetically inclined" to heart disease.
Barnes, 43, who has four daughters, has been criticised for his weight by some of the show's judges.
But the ex-striker said: "Before the show I'd have takeaways all the time and it was giving me a belly.
"I found it hard to drive past a fast food restaurant without stopping to eat.
"My lifestyle worried me, but the results of it worried me even more. Exercise and diet were a big reason to take part in Strictly."
