Everyone knows that food gives you energy so if Jodie wants to succeed she will have to learn to eat more of the right kinds of foods.
She recently told The Daily Mail: “I am training for five hours a day and it’s seriously hard work. The weight has just been dropping off.
“I went to meet my sister Jemma the other day and she was stunned by how much weight I have lost. It’s all down to the dancing. I’m ravenous all the time because rehearsals are so demanding.”
If Jodie does want to be the best girl on the show she will have to watch out for Lisa Snowdon and Jessie Wallace. All the girls seem to be really committed in rehearsals and no one wants to be the first to leave.
Stars do seem to lose weight when they join reality shows and the like.
I’m a Celebrity winner Christopher Biggins lost over a stone during his time in the jungle. Barrie Ridley lost so much weight during Shipwrecked – Battle of the Islands that his family could hardly recognise him when he returned home.
